Maintenance Groundskeeper

Grounds keeping - mow, fertilize and water grass of common areas, pick up all litter, trim trees and shrubs, maintain all common grounds, playgrounds, basketball courts, tennis courts, fences, empty all exterior trash receptacles and maintain recreational vehicle storage lots and visitor parking areas
Street, driveway and walk maintenance - plow snow on all streets and walks, sand all intersections in winter, sweep streets and walks, bike path and street lighting maintenance, street signage, remove oil from parking areas and driveways and seal blacktop, repair surface of asphalt roads and paths
Vehicle maintenance - oil, filter, belt, wiper, seasonal tire rotation and other minor mechanical maintenance
Equipment operation -Mower, Mule, Skid Steer
Pest control - interior and exterior treatment for insect infestations
Work orders - daily calls
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
