Supervisor (Part-Time)
We're looking for people with premium-brand retail store experience who want to work and be part of a premier campus bookstore. As a Part-Time Supervisor, you have oversight responsibility for booksellers within a specific department - Textbooks, GM, Cash Office, Shipping/Receiving, Tradebooks - or have oversight responsibility for the entire store in the absence of upper management or a satellite location. You provide assistance to the Managers to ensure all daily operations are consistent with our bookselling culture, superior customer-service focus, digital initiatives, operating and merchandising standards. You have strong knowledge of the merchandise in your department/store and a growing knowledge of merchandise in all departments. You help support the store by driving booksellers to create customer experiences that enhance bookstore loyalty and delivering measurable results for the store and for your school. Qualifications:
You should have at least two years of experience, preferably in retail. You should have strong written and verbal communication skills. You are expected to work a majority of your time on the selling floor, which requires physical activity. Flexibility in scheduling is necessary.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
