Must ensure that all patients show required NMDOH documentation, driver's license or other state issued ID.
Responsible for HIPAA Compliance, and entering correct patient data in computer program.
Provide support to patients regarding self-assessments of his/her symptoms with regard to rating scale for pain.
Provide patients/caregivers with up to date educational information on trends in medical cannabis field, and, provide patients with information regarding the benefits, risks and possible side effects of medical cannabis.
Assist management with security ensuring that only authorized personnel are allowed to enter the facilities secured areas.
Must accurately enter daily inventory counting in Dutchie, also, responsible to maintain his/her cash register accurately, must have good knowledge of giving exact change to patients as required, and must reconciliate their register at the start and close of business for the day.
Dispensers will be trained on how to properly use Point of Sale as well as how to calibrate, use, and clean weigh scales, and will assist when required in packaging and labeling of medical cannabis products being sold.
